Need a space to chill and do some work? Take whatever you have to do and come ride some of MTS' most unique routes with us - Rural Service 894 and 888. Experience soaring mountain views as we cross Highway 94 down to Tecate and the small town of Campo (where you can catch a glimpse of the Pacific Southwest Railroad Museum's yard), then up through the "ghost town" of Buckman Springs and through quaint, secluded towns in Cleveland National Forest. The idyllic views of East County are an especially great background for creative work and writing!
IMPORTANT - there is no WiFi and there are some cellular service dead zones along the route. Download your work as soon as possible. We also strongly recommend bring a backup power source.
Get to the event with transit: take the Orange or Green Lines, or many bus routes, to El Cajon Station. The Route 894 bus leaves promptly at 8:30 AM, so please arrive early.
This event is presented by BuildSD and recommends RSVP. The "Remote Work" Ride Contest badge can be unlocked by attending this event!
