Love Hillcrest and Halloween? Come join us for a vintage costume crawl and – if you stay ‘till the end – maybe win a prize playing 'Thrift 666'! We'll fill you in on the rules when we start the tour. If you have a character to style in mind, great! If not, we'll brainstorm one with you when we meet. Meet us at Mostra Coffee for a caffeinated start. From here, we’ll start the tour.
